Men can wear something casual like a white (or other light colored) button down as shown in the photo or feel free to wear a light colored jacket and take it off later if your feeling warm.

Woman are encouraged to wear whatever makes them most comfortable . Colorful and comfortable dresses are encouraged (See picture for ideas) Feel free to wear short or longer dress. If you decide to wear heels know that you might need to remove them and be bare foot to comfortably walk on the beach.
